About Our Speakers:
From Birmingham Consulting Inc.
Scott Birmingham is an honors graduate of the Controls Engineering Technology program at Fanshaw College. As a member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists, Scott holds the provincially-regulated designation of Certified Engineering Technologist. He also holds a C.I.M. designation from the Canadian Institute of Management.
Although his career started in engineering, he has also worked in the software industry, sales & marketing, and in senior management. All of this experience led to him founding Birmingham Consulting Inc. (BCI) with the goal of applying engineering principles to deliver IT services. This, in turn, led to BCI being an early adopter for delivering cyber security. With this experience, BCI transitioned to 100% information security consulting and cyber protection.

Arjun Sharma joined Aon in 2019, and he is currently a Vice President and Broker within Aon’s National Cyber Broking Practice.
Sarah Lee joined Aon in 2022, and she is currently an Assistant Vice President and Broker within Aon’s National Cyber Broking Practice.
Arjun and Sarah specialize in negotiating cyber insurance coverage and risk management solutions for organizations belonging to various industry sectors across Canada. They collaborate with underwriters at various insurance companies to ensure the most fulsome coverage possible is made available to clients. Arjun and Sarah also conduct policy audits and gap analyses to identify deficiencies and provide recommendations to tailor coverage that aligns with an organization’s unique exposure.

Kyle Stahlbaum is an experienced IT professional with over eight years of dedicated service at RLB. As Director of IT, he is passionate about technology and committed to staying at the forefront of innovation, ensuring the firm remains both secure and efficient. Known for his proactive approach, Kyle not only leads major projects—introducing cutting-edge software and solutions—but also makes these technologies accessible to the entire team through thoughtful implementation and best practice training.
Claire Saddy graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Management in 2020, followed by a Master’s Degree in Accounting in 2021 from the same school. Soon after, she wrote and passed the September 2021 CFE. Before joining our team Claire worked in public accounting, and dipped her toes in industry at a construction accounting software company. However, her passion for numbers brought her back to public accounting where she specializes in accounting and assurance.
